Homebound Services

The Hagaman Memorial Library’s homebound program serves East Haven residents who are unable to visit the library in person due to a permanent or temporary mobility or vision impairment. Our partnership with SARAH Inc. of Branford allows a driver and a client from the organization to deliver and pick up library materials every Tuesday and two Thursdays per month between 10:00am and 12:00pm.
