Teens: Are you stressed? Anxious? Want to Relax? Join instructor Christine Ucich for four sessions & learn simple ways to stretch & tone muscles; breathing to relax the body; & mindfulness skills to enhance awareness in everyday life! No previous yoga or meditation experience required! Open to all middle, high school, and college students.
