JTAG: Junior Teen Advisory Group (Thursday, March 07; 5:30-7:30pm)

Do you love books? Do you want to make the world a better place? Are you a student in grades 6, 7, or 8? Then the Junior Teen Advisory Group, or JTAG, might be the club for you! This community service club will meet on the first Thursday of each month, from 5:30-7:30pm.

What is JTAG? The Junior Teen Advisory Group is a chance for middle-grade students (like you!) to become an active member of the East Haven Community. You’ll help to shape the future of the library by voting on new books, helping to plan programs, and creating decorations for library events. Activities might include book discussions, craft projects, special guests, and more! If you need community service hours for school or church, you can earn them here. Plus (bonus) at most meetings we’ll also play a few games & eat free snacks. What better way to get involved in the community?
