Military and Veterans History Group- Wednesday, March 27th at 2 p.m.- “The Life and Times of Adam von Dioszeghy- Freedom Fighter in the 1956 Hungarian Revolution and Vietnam Veteran of Three Combat Tours” presentation by Vietnam Veteran and author, Don Johnson.

Join us on  Wednesday, March 27th 2:00 p.m. at the Hagaman Library- 227 Main Street, East Haven for the Military and Veterans History Group as we welcome back author and Vietnam veteran, Don Johnson.  Don  will give a presentation- “ ” and speak on his book Budapest at War: A personal Tour as given by Adam von Dioszeghy. Adam von Dioszeghy was raised under communist rule in Budapest, served as a Freedom Fighter in the 1956 Hungarian Revolution, and  was wounded twice as a refuge escaping to the west.
